Voucher Terms & Conditions Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Vouchers must be redeemed directly with the hotel. They cannot be used for bookings made via third-party websites or online travel agents (OTAs). Vouchers may be used towards accommodation, dining, or other hotel services, subject to availability. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full. No change will be given. Any unused balance will remain on the voucher until the expiry date. Bookings made with vouchers are subject to the hotel’s standard booking terms and conditions. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers must be presented on arrival and surrendered at the time of use. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
